Meet Karissa

PERIMENOPAUSE ADVOCATE & COACH

After retiring from a rewarding career in finance,  I embarked on a journey to discover my next chapter.  My time in the corporate world taught me the value of helping people, a passion I carried throughout my career.

As a woman in my 40s, I began to expand my love for all things health & wellness, into the perimenopause space —a topic close to my heart.  I realized there was a glaring gap in healthcare, education, and support for women during this critical life stage. That’s when my mission became clear: I wanted to help fill that gap.

Becoming a health coach and starting Perimenopause Power I knew I had the ability to help EMPOWER women to understand their bodies and EDUCATE them on their next transition in life. I'm here to teach women to stop surviving perimenopause and start THRIVING!
