Meet Karissa

PERIMENOPAUSE ADVOCATE & COACH

After retiring from a rewarding career in finance,  I embarked on a journey to discover my next chapter.  My time in the corporate world taught me the value of helping people, a passion I carried throughout my career.

As a woman in my 40s, I began to expand my love for all things health & wellness, into the perimenopause space —a topic close to my heart.  I realized there was a glaring gap in healthcare, education, and support for women during this critical life stage. That’s when my mission became clear: I wanted to help fill that gap.

Becoming a health coach and starting Perimenopause Power I knew I had the ability to help EMPOWER women to understand their bodies and EDUCATE them on their next transition in life.  Stop surviving perimenopause and start THRIVING!
